"To be honest, I've got mixed opinions on the Amex Platinum Card. Acceptance is mixed at most places, but like most Amex cards you can use them at most upscale locations with no problem. Card benefits are very good for an introductory card and the APR is very fair. Biggest bonus for me were the great OPEN Business awards and ability to have multiple cardholders on the same account."

"I love my Amex Platinum card. One time I was at Maggiano's and the wait was 45 minutes. I called my concierge and asked if they could get me a seat. I was sat within 10 minutes. That's called service."
